Our restaurant is focused on only the freshest Asian cuisine overlooking the beautiful Lake Gleneida sunsets.
Our chef has 25 years experience running some of the finest restaurants in Asia (Taipei Hyatt Hotel 5 star restaurant) and in the USA (Panda West Danbury, Ct.) and our Sushi chef is a 10 year master sushi chef from Mannen Japanese restaurant in Ridgefield Ct.
All of our fish is delivered fresh daily and all of our sauces (even the duck sauce) are made fresh, never packaged. We love to use the freshest produce as well as herbs and spices from around the world, the end result is a lighter, brighter, more velvety, more flavorful & colorful version of classical Chinese & Japanese dishes.
